Strategic Sourcing Analyst

We're hiring a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support sourcing programs across our client portfolio. This is a fully remote role for someone who loves digging into spend data and turning it into decisions.

What you'll do:

• Run spend analyses and opportunity assessments across indirect categories (IT, MRO, logistics, professional services)
• Build RFP packages, manage supplier communications, and score responses
• Maintain savings tracking models and monthly client reporting
• Support negotiations with market intelligence and should-cost models

What we're looking for:

• 2-4 years in procurement, sourcing, consulting, or supply chain analytics
• Strong Excel skills; SQL or Power BI a plus
• Clear written communication - you'll draft client-facing material weekly
• Curiosity about how supplier markets actually work

Fully remote within the US, with quarterly team onsites.
